After almost 12 years with BubbleUp, I can honestly say the biggest reason I’ve stayed is the people. The culture here is something special - collaborative, supportive, creative, and genuinely team-oriented in a way that’s hard to find. One thing I’ve always appreciated is the opportunity for growth. Beyond that, the projects themselves are genuinely exciting, the environment is unique, and the leadership team truly cares about both employees and clients. That support and transparency from the top down makes a huge difference and creates a workplace where people actually want to stay long term.
